The Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs recently added lectures to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law. They were given by Alexei Avtonomov on “The Consideration of Individual Communications by Treaty Bodies within the System of the United Nations” and are available in English, French, and Russian.
